Initial Verification
We have the most current and compliant testing equipment which is calibrated every year for accurate results. A full Electrical Installation Certificate along with a complete schedule of circuits is provided upon handover.
Periodic Inspection
With BS7671 Wiring Regulations stating that every 5 years a commercial building shall be periodically inspected perhaps its time you checked your buildings certificate to see if yours is due. Do not fret should you assume your business will suffer a loss of production due to down time. Remember this kind of work can be carried out outside of working hours. We can also discuss a rolling programme where we can carry out 20% of the building on a yearly basis.
PAT testing
Make sure your electrical appliances are electrically and visually sound with a yearly PAT testing visit to your site. We will provide Certification along with a complete schedule of appliances and asset numbers for each appliance.
